Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken backs
  • 1- inch piece of ginger sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic smashed
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Place chicken backs in a large pot with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and water.
  • 2️⃣ Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 2 hours, skimming off impurities as needed.
  • 3️⃣ Strain the broth and discard the solids.
  • 4️⃣ Serve the broth hot, garnished with green onions and a dash of sesame oil.
