  • 2 lbs chicken backs
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 2️⃣ Place the chicken backs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 3️⃣ In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
