Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken necks
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean the chicken necks and pat them dry.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken necks evenly.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the necks for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Brush with BBQ sauce during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
  • Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
